Getting Started
1. Create an account or log in
Log in to Shopify using your existing account or create a new one if needed.
2. Select a FAST-NA Cloud plan
Browse the catalog and choose the plan that best fits your needs, along with any optional add-ons. When you’re ready, click Subscribe monthly to add your selected plan to the cart.
3. Complete checkout
From your cart, select Checkout to begin your purchase. Enter your payment information and click Complete order. Any applied discounts will appear in the checkout summary.
4. Retrieve your API key
After your order is fulfilled and you receive a confirmation email, you can access your API key on the FAST-NA Cloud API Key Distribution page. Select Reveal API Key to view the full key, then click it to copy it to your clipboard.
Running Your First Scan
After you have purchased a plan and retrieved your API key, you can begin using FAST-NA Cloud through the FAST-NA Cloud portal.
1. Open the FAST-NA Cloud portal
Visit the portal to get started.
2. Log in
Enter your Account ID and API key.
3. Submit FASTA data
After logging in, you can provide FASTA data by pasting text into the data entry window or uploading a FASTA file. Click the Scan button to begin screening.
4. View results
When your scan is complete, results will appear in the View Results tab.
A JSON-formatted results file will also download automatically.
